The job site varies from project to project. All job sites can be
dangerous. Each and every day we take the time to clean and
maintain the job site so that it is safe and presentable. We want the
homeowner to stay involved with the progress of the job and walk the
site during a time we can escort you. We want to be aware that you
are visiting the job site so that we can make sure it’s safe, especially if
it is a remodel. Open beams and loose structures may pose a hazard.
However , I must say our job sites are known for being kept in order.
Each job site will have a port o john / port o potty. It is also cleaned
and maintained so that our workers are happy too. We do our best to
place this not so beautiful item in an area out of the way. Unfortunately
this usually ends up in the front of the home.
It’s likely that you will have a dumpster in front of your home. This is
a very large bin for putting all the debris that comes out of your home
to prepare for the new construction. It is also maintained and emptied
when necessary.
Remodeling an existing home is a team effort and we look forward to
