| Color Consulting: I can personally recommend Ruth as she helped me with our colors for our home. I know there are several Sierra Madre's & Padre's that do this but it worked for our schedule to have her come out. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and the look I was going for. But, she came in and offered some great advice that really helped the flow of our colors. She was so reassuring and gave me a lot of piece of mind in this overwhelming decision. | Interior Consulting: I bought a townhouse in Marina Del Rey, CA and it was your ordinary white walls plain townhouse. I hired Chase Creative Design to redo my master bedroom from top to bottom. I told her that I wanted to warm up the space but beyond that I had no clue to what I wanted. I needed HELP! With her creative input and attention to detail my master bedroom was transformed from an ordinary plain bedroom to a master piece. I was so impressed that I had her redo my whole house. For the money it was the best upgrade I've ever done to a property. When I sold the townhouse in 2001 the return on the upgrades that Chase Creative Design did for me was 10 fold. | Ruth, Update: All the painting is done except the master bedroom and office. We are thrilled with the results. We got new living room furniture and went with the color you suggested. | Staging: I had some wonderful DIY help from Ruth Boudreaux She did an incredible job! Our house had an awkward layout and she helped it look better than we could have imagined. Because we were on a budget, she helped us clear out the clutter and re-arrange our own furniture for better showings. We took her advice, bought just a few decorative touches, and have had nothing but compliments. At our Agents' Tour, nearly every real estate agent commented on how well the house showed and that it was staged beautifully!
